Terms of sales

Minimal stay :

2 nights.

Reservation :

To confirm your reservation, we need a 30% deposit ( by check or credit card).  We will keep this deposit if you cancel less than a week before the beginning of your stay.

​

Cancellation :

If you cancel, we keep the deposit.

​

No show :

If you don’t arrive before 8 P.M without informing us that you will be late, we can use the room as we want. We keep the deposit and reserve the right to keep the balance of the sum.

Shortened stay: if you have to shorten you stay, we are allowed to ask you to pay for the whole stay.

Arrival :

Rooms are available from 5 PM to 8 PM. In case of late arrival, please tell us in advance.

​

Payment :

Upon arrival. Extras ( like drinks) will be paid on departure, by check or credit card.

​

Breakfast :

Included in the room price, served between 8 and 10.30.

​

Tourist tax :

X per day, as set by Arcachon City and repaid by the owner.

Rules of life : 

For everyone’s pleasure, we want to keep this house peaceful and healthy. Smoking and candles are not allowed in the house. No meal can be taken in the rooms: breakfast and snacks can be taken in the living room where guests will be offered coffee, herb tea and tea, free of charge.

​

Guests will find drying racks on the balconies or in the bathrooms to dry their swimming suits and beach towels.

​

Your room is cleaned everyday unless specified otherwise. In order to preserve our environment, towels are not changed everyday unless you leave them on the floor.

​

Should you come back late at night, please be respectful of other guests tranquility.

​

We have a cat and therefore, unfortunately,  can not accept animals.
